Signature Greeting Cards 

By checking “I agree,” you accept these terms for The Smart Concierge’s Signature Greeting Cards by The Asian Blandings Collective PTE LTD.

1. Orders & Communication
- Place orders online (card) or via PayNow on request. We’ll confirm on WhatsApp (+65 8752 0540) and start your design consultation.
- Approvals, updates, and proofs are handled on WhatsApp and/or email.

2. What’s Included
- Each package includes the quantity, size, number of custom designs, single‑sided print (unless upgraded), 300gsm white cardstock, and courier delivery within Singapore, as listed on the product page.
- Optional add‑ons (e.g., double‑sided print, envelopes, extra copies, Canva file, mailing service) are charged at the listed rates.

3. Pricing & Currency
- Prices are in USD. Any SGD shown is an estimate and may vary with forex rates.
- International postage, customs, duties, and taxes (if any) are paid by you, if purchasing the optional mailing service.
- We use Singapore Post (SingPost) airmail services for our optional mailing service.
-Timeline (Typical)
Day 1: Purchase and share your vision.
Day 3: Review drafts and approve.
Day 7: Receive printed cards (within Singapore).
Timings depend on your timely approvals, add‑ons, courier capacity, and peak seasons. Rush may be available at extra cost.

4. Designs, Revisions & Approval
- Your package includes the stated number of custom concepts (e.g., 3 or 4).
- Minor tweaks are included during draft review; major changes or new concepts may incur fees and affect timelines.
- Your written “Approved for print” on WhatsApp authorizes printing. Changes after approval require reprint fees.

5. Print & Quality

- Small color/trim variations are normal in print production and not defects.
- Double‑sided printing (if chosen) must be finalized before approval.

6. Client‑Supplied Content
- You warrant you have rights to all photos/art/text you supply and that they’re accurate and lawful.
- You are responsible for checking spellings, dates, and messages before final approval.

7. Delivery & Risk
- Courier delivery is included within Singapore. International shipping or special deliveries will require extra fees.
- Risk passes to you when the order is handed to the courier. We are not liable for courier/customs/weather delays.

8. Optional Mailing Service
- Starts at USD $14.81 per 30 recipients (postage stamps charged separately).
- You must provide accurate recipient names/addresses. Undeliverable/returned mail due to address issues or postal restrictions is at your risk; re‑mailing may incur fees.

9. Cancellations, Refunds & Reprints
- Because products are custom‑made:
a. If you cancel before design work begins, we may refund less processing/admin fees.
b. After design work starts or after print approval, orders are non‑cancellable and non‑refundable.
- If there’s a verifiable production defect or our error (not courier delays, normal print tolerances, or client‑approved content), notify us within 3 business days of delivery with photos/video. We may repair, replace, or reprint the affected portion at our discretion.

10. Reorders & Reuse
- Reorders using your approved designs are available at then‑current rates.
- If you purchase the “Downloadable Canva File,” you receive a non‑transferable license to reuse the artwork for your own purposes. We retain ownership of our templates and underlying assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11. Privacy & Data
- We use WhatsApp/email to deliver services and approvals. Your data is handled per our site Privacy Policy.

12. Liability & Law
- Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Governed by Singapore law; Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
